Unlike most squads we don't have any real rules on who and how we recruit. There's no lame stuff like councils of senior members who vote on any prospective players and we don't have any specific recruiters. Anyone in the squad can bring in new players, but the captains do have the final say. What we do take into account is whether you are known to the squad, what previous league experience you have and how active you're going to be. If the squad is aware of who you are you will probably get signed up quicker. If you are new to league you can probably expect to have a trial first so that you can practice with the squad before a final decision is made.

A final note for those of you who have no previous league experience who are interested in joining Victimise. The squad trainer is DBeckham, so if you are accepted then you would be doing a lot of work with him initially. So if you want to speak to someone in-game then you should talk to Becks first.

Right now we're playing AML season 11 and rosters are locked so we're not looking to sign any new players until closer to the end of the season.
However in Alpha Becks and myself have started a new squad called curved. This will be a training squad for new players. So if you're interested in joining Vic, but don't think you don't have the experience yet this could be the squad for you. Get in touch if you're interested.
